The Brief
The client is a real estate company that was looking for an Online presence in thier field of services, The Client wanted a robust, high speed lead generation website to convert the site visitors looking forward to buying or sell properties in the area into contactable leads where the client can generate more business. This Porject needed specific set of design and development where the above given goals are met.
The Challenge
With the Website development the core was to integrate an high conditions MLS api to the platform where speed was the top most priority. This was a crucial step where the Data in the MLS gets updated every five minutes and to keep that data on the website up to date without compromising the speed of the website was mandatory.
The Solution
With the help of our PHP and WordPress team that holds expertise in API integration and design team we started the design of the website. The Wireframe showed promising architecture that was approved by client where the High-fidelity design was moved straight to production. In terms of API integration, the development team identified the core aspect of fetching, storing, updating and deleting the data that was getting in the database from the API. The Team started with the designing of the website introducing a low fidelity wireframe. Once the changes were made per the requirements of the stakeholders, the wireframe was converted to high fidelity which gave an actual view of the website as a user. The Approval of the design being seam less the Developers started working on the integration of API. The team provided features in the website where the user can do the filtration in varied manners to find the perfect home as per their requirements. Starting from the Neighborhoods, to county and specific zip codes , type of house and other requirements, the website visitor should be able to get the most accurate results per their requirements. For a better understanding of the area, the team added the most relevant information while buying a home in the property details page upfront, which reduced the user's efforts in finding information about and around the property allowing users to take decisions wisely.
