Digitizing paper checklists sounds simple until you try to do it for a workforce that's rarely at a desk. The real challenge wasn't building a form online, it was making that form usable on a job site, secure enough to handle payments, and flexible enough to serve four very different user roles.

How We Approached It

Before any UI got designed, we mapped how safety checks actually happen on a job site: who fills them out, who reviews them and what happens when something's missing. That decision shaped almost every technical choice that followed.

Rather than build separate native apps for Android and iOS, we went with a hybrid mobile setup backed by a single Laravel API. One backend, one source of truth, two platforms covered without doubling the maintenance load.

Role-Specific Dashboards

We designed and built separate dashboards for workers, contractors, managers and administrators, each showing exactly what that role needs and nothing it doesn't. It kept the interface simple for the people using it in the field.
