75% of exam cost covered after 6 months of service. Up to 3 certifications per year. Submit your scorecard and bills — processed within 3 months.
Flexible hours
Outcomes over clock-watching. Core hours apply — flex the rest with manager sign-off. 8.5 productive hours expected across the 5-day week.
Marriage & family leave
10 days paid marriage leave after 1 year of service. 12 weeks paid maternity leave. 10 days paid paternity leave. All after 2 years of service.
5-day work week
